01Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to Sidhu Fitness services supplied by Sidhu Fitness Ltd, including private personal training, transformation programmes, online coaching and standalone nutrition or workout plans. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or create a booking. A service is confirmed only after Sidhu Fitness accepts the booking and receives the required payment.
Consultation, health, consent and any other required onboarding forms must be completed accurately before the first session or before a plan is released.
02Prices, payment and receipts
The price shown or confirmed at the time of purchase applies. Full cleared payment is required before a session block, coaching term or standalone plan begins. A receipt or written payment confirmation will be provided as proof of payment.
Instalments are available only where Sidhu Fitness agrees them in writing. Failure to pay an agreed instalment may pause coaching and access to services.
03Personal training bookings
Personal training sessions last approximately 60 minutes unless agreed otherwise. Session times are subject to availability. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a booked session.
A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend, will normally be charged as a used session. If Sidhu Fitness cancels a session, it will be rearranged or credited back to the client's package.
04Transformation programmes
The 8-week Transformation Kickstart includes 16 private personal training sessions and the 12-week Complete Transformation includes 24 private personal training sessions. Both are designed around two booked sessions per week and include the coaching features described at the time of purchase.
The programme runs continuously from the agreed start date. A missed or late-cancelled personal training session is treated as used under the 24-hour cancellation policy. Programme weeks do not automatically pause for holidays, work, travel, illness or injury, although Sidhu Fitness may agree a change in writing where appropriate or where the law requires it.
05Package validity
Personal training blocks are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Clients are responsible for booking and using sessions within that period. The validity period continues during illness, injury, holidays, travel and work commitments unless Sidhu Fitness agrees an exception in writing or the law requires otherwise.
Unused sessions remaining after the 12-month validity period are forfeited without cash refund, extension or credit, except where required by applicable consumer law. Packages are personal to the named client and cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
06Refunds and statutory cancellation rights
Except where required by law, sales are final once any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired. Sidhu Fitness does not provide refunds simply because a client changes their mind, stops attending or no longer wishes to continue.
Consumers purchasing at a distance, including online or by phone, may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. If a client expressly asks for a service to begin during that period and later cancels, Sidhu Fitness Ltd may charge a reasonable amount for services already supplied. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights where services are not performed with reasonable care and skill.
Cancellation requests must be made clearly by email to sidhufitness23@gmail.com.
07Online coaching
Online coaching is delivered remotely and depends on the client providing accurate updates, completing check-ins and following the agreed programme. Coaching periods run for the term purchased. The monthly option is paid in advance and does not automatically renew unless separately agreed in writing.
Response times may vary outside normal working hours, at weekends and on public holidays. Online support is coaching and accountability, not continuous emergency, medical or clinical support.
08Standalone plans
Standalone nutrition and workout plans are one-off personalised plans and do not include live coaching, weekly check-ins, ongoing changes or direct trainer support unless this is separately purchased and confirmed in writing.
Delivery times and the information required to prepare a plan will be confirmed before work begins. Plans are for the named client's personal use only and must not be copied, resold, published or shared.
09Health and client responsibilities
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, symptoms, medication and changes in health. Sidhu Fitness may require medical clearance and may pause or refuse training where it reasonably considers this necessary for safety.
Clients must follow safety instructions, use equipment responsibly and stop exercise if they feel unwell, dizzy or in pain. Nutrition guidance is educational fitness support and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
10Results and participation
Results differ between individuals and are not guaranteed. Progress depends on factors including starting point, health, attendance, effort, recovery, nutrition and adherence. Before-and-after examples show individual outcomes and do not promise that another client will achieve the same result.
11Liability and service standards
Sidhu Fitness Ltd will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or a client's non-excludable statutory rights.
12Privacy, changes and governing law
Personal information is used to assess enquiries, deliver services, maintain records and communicate with clients. Sidhu Fitness may update these terms for future purchases; the version supplied or accepted when a service is purchased will govern that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Clients retain any mandatory rights to bring a claim in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.
